I was walking around the East End today. I was exploring an arts and culture festival, and because it was somewhat spread out, there was a lot of walking through semi-industrial neighborhoods. I noticed this large graffiti tag in what I believe is the Union Pacific Track and Signal Department. Here is a slightly closer view, but I wasn’t able to get very close—it is on private property behind a barb-wire-tipped fence.
I am always impressed by the daredevil antics of graffiti artists. I assume that this yard is manned 24 hours a day, at least with a security guard in a golf cart. But beyond the tagger’s bravado, I must ask: what is “Mookower”?!

Someone who can relate to moo cows?
