The only cogent description of the body's physics of weight control that I've ever seen & why anyone should breathe more (i.e. exercise) to help the process.

While exercise is important for health, additional exercise beyond one's normal activities is not necessary to lose weight. Eating fewer calories, particularly carbohydrates, is all that's required. After all, you will breathe many thousands of breaths every day no matter what you are doing--exercising or not.

Thanks for sharing your story. My 2022 parallels yours in many ways. I’m down 85 so far and most of it was lost in the last winter and spring. I also do the gummies but I hadn’t considered that they might contribute to my metabolism. One trick that seems to work for me is to reserve some of my caloric budget for a small snack along with the gummies and it usually helps it kick in within 20 minutes.
